These terms govern your use of 1lead.ai, operated by Leadtec Market LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

An informational website describing our services. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Any supply of consumer inquiries is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between us and the buyer, and in the event of any conflict that agreement prevails over these terms.

Information you submit through our contact form is used to respond to your enquiry and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information, or personal information relating to third parties, through this form.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Descriptions of our services are general and may not reflect what is available in a given vertical, state or period. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Where a separate supply agreement is in place, the buyer is responsible for its own compliance with all applicable laws when contacting consumers, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing and mini-TCPA statutes, Do Not Call obligations, calling-time restrictions, call recording laws, and any applicable professional or industry advertising rules. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
