Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Leadtec Market LLC (“we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company, operates 1lead.ai. We build and run consumer acquisition campaigns and provide the resulting consumer inquiries to business clients.

Questions about this policy or your personal information: info@1lead.ai.

2. Information we collect

From consumers who submit an inquiry through a form we operate: name, telephone number, email address, postal address or ZIP code, and the responses given to the questions on that form. We also record technical and consent information at the moment of submission — IP address, browser and device information, the URL of the page, the date and time, and the consent language displayed.

From business visitors to this website: the information you enter into our contact form, and standard server and analytics data.

3. How we use it

To operate and improve our advertising campaigns; to verify and evidence consent; to provide consumer inquiries to business clients in accordance with the consent given; to comply with legal obligations; and to communicate with business contacts.

4. How we share it

Business clients. Consumer inquiries are provided to business clients so they may contact the consumer about the subject of the inquiry, consistent with the consent given at submission.

Service providers. Hosting, analytics, consent certification, telephone validation, suppression list and delivery providers acting on our instructions.

Legal. Where required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, and in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

5. Sale and sharing of personal information

Providing consumer inquiries to business clients in exchange for payment may constitute a “sale” of personal information, and in some circumstances a “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising, under the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable laws in other states. We treat it as such.

Consumers have the right to opt out. To do so, email info@1lead.ai with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share”, or use the Do Not Sell or Share My Information link in our footer. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by law.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

6. Consent and communications

Where a consumer provides express written consent at submission, that consent permits contact by telephone, text message and email by the parties identified in the consent language shown on the form.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by any reasonable method, including replying STOP to a text message, asking to be removed during a call, or emailing info@1lead.ai. We act on withdrawal requests promptly and in any event within ten business days, and we maintain an internal suppression list which does not expire.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how it is used; to request its deletion or correction; to obtain a portable copy; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any right, email info@1lead.ai. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting, which normally means matching the information you provide against the record we hold. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will address appeals within 45 days.

8. Health-related information

Some campaigns collect information that may be considered health-related — for example, whether a person received medical treatment following an incident, or the nature of a disability claim.

Where a campaign collects such information, it is collected only from the consumer directly, only in response to a clearly worded question, and only where the consumer has given consent at submission. Where applicable law — including Washington’s My Health My Data Act and comparable statutes — requires separate written authorization before consumer health data may be sold, we obtain that authorization separately and do not rely on general consent.

9. Retention

We retain consumer inquiry records and their associated consent evidence for five years from the date of submission. That period reflects the time in which a claim relating to the consent could reasonably be brought. After it expires we delete or de-identify the record.

Suppression list entries are kept indefinitely, because their purpose is to ensure a person is not contacted again.

10. Security

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email info@1lead.ai and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
